LIMITED WARRANTIES
At VEXRIONEU, SL, we stand behind the quality and performance of our photography and electronic equipment. Every camera body, optical lens, camcorder, and accessory sold through our store is 100% genuine, factory-new, and backed by a mandatory 3-year statutory legal warranty (Garantía Legal) in strict compliance with Spanish Consumer Law (RDL 1/2007 & RDL 7/2021) and European Union directives.

Coverage & Protection
Your 36-month coverage begins on the date of physical courier delivery. This warranty protects you against manufacturing faults, internal component failures, sensor anomalies, and electronic or mechanical defects occurring under normal, intended operating conditions. Covered issues include autofocus motor failures, aperture blade jamming, image stabilization defects, mainboard errors, and LCD display malfunctions. Every item’s unique factory serial number is registered to your official invoice upon dispatch for seamless tracking.

- The warranty covers manufacturing non-conformities only.

It strictly excludes: Accidental physical damage, drops, or crushed outer casings. Exposure to liquids, moisture, condensation, sand, or internal mold/fungus. Damage caused by unapproved third-party batteries or chargers. Normal cosmetic wear and tear, rubber grip expansion, or routine sensor cleaning. Unauthorized opening, disassembly, or third-party repair attempts.

Shipping & Delivery

At VEXRIONEU, SL, we deliver premium photography gear safely and transparently across Spain and all European Union (EU) member states. Our shipping process complies fully with EU e-commerce standards, ensuring a fast, secure, and hassle-free shopping experience.

- Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) Spain Local Time (CET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed and paid for before 18:00 are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00, or during weekends and public holidays, enter warehouse processing on the next working day.

- Fulfillment Hubs & Transit Timelines

To optimize stock availability and speed, orders are dispatched from our strategic fulfillment centers located in the Netherlands or Hong Kong. Stock allocation is automated based on real-time inventory; no upfront commitment is made regarding the origin hub. We partner exclusively with FedEx and UPS for end-to-end tracked express transit. Total delivery time—including warehouse processing and courier transit—is 7 to 14 business days from payment confirmation.

- EU Tax & Customs Guarantee (IOSS/OSS Protection)

All shipments delivered to EU destinations are processed under compliant EU tax and customs frameworks (IOSS/OSS). The total price displayed at checkout includes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). EU buyers will never incur unexpected import duties, extra taxes, or carrier clearance fees upon delivery. - Delivery Requirements & Inspection Due to the high monetary value of electronic and optical equipment, a physical signature is strictly required upon delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Packstations. Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging. If severe damage or broken seals are present, refuse delivery or instruct the driver to record "Received Damaged" on the electronic terminal, then notify support@vexrioneu.com within 24 hours.

Because we specialize in high-value cameras, optical lenses, and electronic equipment, we enforce strict payment verification protocols to protect our customers and prevent fraud across Spain and the European Union (EU). - Accepted Payment Methods & Currency All prices, orders, and transactions on vexrioneu.com are processed strictly in Euros (€). We accept major secure payment options, including: Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Direct SEPA Bank Transfer: Available upon request for high-value purchases (orders dispatch once funds clear in our Spanish bank account).

- Payment Security & PSD2 Compliance

VEXRIONEU, SL never stores or retains credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking PINs on our web servers. In compliance with EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), card transactions undergo Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) via your mobile banking app or SMS verification code.

-EU VAT & Billing

All listed prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Under EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) rules, taxes are calculated based on the destination delivery country. Every completed purchase generates an official sales invoice bearing our registered Spanish Tax Identification Number (NIF: ESB88976816).

- Fraud Prevention & Refunds

To protect high-value electronic gear, transactions undergo automated anti-fraud screening, and each item’s unique serial number is linked to your billing invoice prior to dispatch. Approved refunds are credited exclusively back to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving and verifying returned, factory-sealed products at our warehouse.
